    Before the device itself is bought, we write and ask. Nothing happens without your say-so.

  4. Step 4: Or get your money back

    Changed your mind? Request a refund at any time and the full amount goes back to your card.

Good to know

Is the price the same everywhere?

Each currency has its own fixed price, shown at checkout for your country. In Europe the price includes VAT at your country’s rate. We never convert between currencies.

Do I need an account?

No. You check out as a guest. Your receipt holds the link to your place page, and you can ask for a login link by email if you ever lose it.

Is my place number fixed?

Yes. Your number is assigned when your payment is confirmed and is never given to anyone else, even if you are refunded later.
